Beginners 12pm-1pm

Develop an energy-efficient and technically sound freestyle. Across this 15-week winter program, we break the front crawl down into its essential biomechanics. We systematically teach and practice every technical element, enabling you to swim with ease, control, and significantly less fatigue.

Designed for swimmers and triathletes looking to master the technical fundamentals of freestyle and build sustainable efficiency in the water.

What we work on:

• Technical Mechanics: Head position, clean hand entry, early vertical forearm catch, and effective pull-through.
• Streamline & Alignment: Minimizing hydrodynamic drag and maintaining horizontal body balance.
• Controlled Breathing: Developing a relaxed breathing rhythm without disrupting body alignment.
• Efficient Leg Kick: A steady, effortless kick rhythm that elevates the hips with minimal energy expenditure.

Coaching & Facility:

• 50m Olympic Pool: Ample open water to practice long, continuous strokes without constant turns.
• Small Group (Max. 10 swimmers): Continuous personal feedback, poolside video analysis, and direct coaching from Ward Pellegrims.

Required Gear & Starter Pack: Training utilizes specific equipment (short fins, pull buoy, hand paddles, snorkel, and goggles). A complete starter kit (€130 incl. VAT) can be ordered directly during registration.
