Advanced 1pm-2pm

Elevate your swimming pace to a structurally higher level. Across this 15-week winter program, we combine precise technical refinement with targeted physiological conditioning in the 50m Olympic pool at Topsportbad Wezenberg. A structured, progressive build led by coach Ward Pellegrims.

Ideal for ambitious swimmers and triathletes with established freestyle looking to build race pace, stroke length, and sustained endurance.

What we work on:

• Speed Mechanics: Maintaining stroke mechanics, catch efficiency, and core stability under high intensity.
• Distance per Stroke: Holding optimal stroke length across pace variations from aerobic base to race pace.
• Aerobic & Anaerobic Capacity: Structured endurance blocks and progressive sets to strengthen your aerobic and anaerobic engine in the 50m pool.

Coaching & Facility:

• 50m Olympic Pool: Training at full Olympic distance — the benchmark for triathlon and open water racing.
• Small Group (Max. 10 swimmers): Dedicated lane space, sharp pacing structure, and continuous individual coaching.

Required Gear & Starter Pack: Sessions actively utilize technique equipment (short fins, pull buoy, hand paddles, snorkel, and goggles). A complete starter kit (€130 incl. VAT) can be ordered directly during registration.
